Subject: How do I re-set the Language in freefilesync

My system just crashed and after chkdsc, I’m up and running again with some glitches.

One of which is that freefilesync  does not display English as the default language, despite region (US) and format (English) in control panel is shown correctly. See my attached screen print.

How do I reset this?
