There are enough space (>50GB) on drive J, C and D. So not the problem of low space. Direct copy and paste these files doesn't have a problem.

J: is an external HDD.

I am syncing folders from drive D to Drive J, but got errors as attached picture for all .exe and .dll files. What is the problem?

Agree! it may be good on a huge screen, but is mess for laptop. Suggesting to have option to select traditional flat view or the new tree view.

The version 9.8 has the same issue.
My harddrive is BitLocker encrypted, may this be the cause? I don't see my system has any other difference from a normal system.

Get an error: Reinstall, reboot Windows doesn't solve the issue.
What's the problem?

I want to sync read only files from a server to local computer, but got an error:

Cannot set directory lock ...
Cannot write file ....\sync.ffs_lock
Error Code 5: Access is denied. (CreateFile)

Is there anyway to do such sync without create the lock file or create the lock file elsewhere?

How can I sync the files in the root folder only, exclude all subfolders? There are too many subfolders to be excluded one by one.
