Files to the left anywhere on the right?

Hello,

Is there a way to check if files on the left are anywhere on the right? For example:

Left Right
c:\folder 1\FileA d:\folder 2\folder 3\FileA

FileA on the left is in a different folder compared to the same file FileA on the right. But it is the same file.

If this is the case I would like to choose to skip the copying of FileA.

Now it seems that I can check if FileA is present or absent in the matching folder on the right.
