Files with the same name, but the smaller one on the left updates the one on the right

Friends, when the files have the same name and the same size, there is no update from left to right ok?
Is there an option to also not update when the file on the left is smaller than the one on the right? Because it is common to have photo files with the same names, but the one on the left had its size (and graphic resolution) reduced through some graphic editor that could have been used. No way to do that specifically. You would have to use filters
