Can parts of a session be run separatly?

In the session shown below, should I want to run only 1 portion of the session, say "DropboxCopy", is it possible to run only that part, or does the session have to run all 7 parts as a whole?

You can click the red '-' icons to remove the other pairs temporarily, then click the config name on the left to reload it. You can also run a compare, and then select that single pair in the bottom left 'overview' panel and push 'ENTER' to sync that only. That means that you have to compare all seven pairs though, which is a waste of time

That's the answer I was looking for.
I had poked around, but didn't try the "minus" button, out of fear I'd have to redo the session profile all over again.
