SYNC NOT WORKING

Not sure what I'm doing differently but Compare has stopped working between computer and flash drive. I click and nothing happens even though I know the files are different between the two.

Setup was easy and I've used this for years to sync different folders but suddenly stopped working. So, can you provide some clearer guidance?
