Is it possible to use the create/modify date of a file to create a folder?

As per subject line. It seems that %data% and others all provide the current date. I'd like to know if it's possible to use the date a file was created to make a folder in case I don't run the profile for a few days (I'm moving pictures (nope, no EXIF) into folders based on the day they were made)
