Hello. I really like your synch program! I wish to create a batch file to sync
multiple directories, but when I set the source and destination to root
directory, and then add the ones I want to sync in the Include filter, it
doesn't seem to work properly. Is this the best way? Could you please explain
the format of the filters in the batch file so I can edit them manually? (for
example, how to specify multiple dirs, and how they are seperated). Thank you!

Using a single folder pair and putting subdirectories into the include filter
isn't the most forward approach, but should be working correctly. Most likely
the problem was you didn't use relative but absolute path names.
A more simple solution is to use multiple folder pairs directly (press the
plus-buttion).
