Allow turning off the beep at sync complete

Unless I am missing something there is no way to mute the sound that plays when a sync is complete. I find the sound really annoying and I would love a way to turn it off.

On Linux, all I have to do is move the ding.wav and gong.wav files to somewhere else. I found them in /usr/share/FreeFileSync/ but could be placed in a number of different places. On Windows, it'll probably be C:\Program Files\FreeFileSync\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\FreeFileSync\

New with FreeFileSync 10.13: notification sounds are managed via the global options dialog

Thank you! I observed recently with my locally-compiled version of FreeFileSync, that the sounds were not working. But having options is always a plus. I'm sure some users depend on the completion sound.
