Hi,
I would like to suggest to add Average Speed on the Progress window appearing while running sync.
It is an easy indicator to be calculated (Bytes copied till now/ Elapsed Time) and it can help to schedule several procedures or for evaluate real connection speed.
Anyway, I DO LOVE FFS!!!

+1 for this request. Maybe even prepend it to the log file (as content) too once all syncing is done.

+1. I'm synchronizing multi-terabyte volumes spanning several HDDs. As we all know, HDD throughput falls
as the drive gets full, so the "current" speed isn't very helpful to assess the remaining sync. The average speed would be a useful piece of information to have.

+1 as well. My speed fluctuates wildly depending on whether it's in the middle of copying a single large file, or tons of small ones. Would be nice to know on average how much internet it's using, as well as for time remaining.
