LockDirectoriesDuringSync into ffs_gui

Hi,

Would it possible to consider moving the option LockDirectoriesDuringSync from GlobalSettings.xml to the *.ffs_gui files ?

Or even better, to keep it in GlobalSettings.xml, and provide an override possibility at *.ffs_gui level. :)

The need is:

- To keep it enabled when synchronising network/shared drives
- To jave it disabled when synchronising NAS/Cloud locations where the multiple deleted files are actually kept
