Same date but different time(1h newer)

Often compare output show many files on right side with same date but different time(1h and some seconds). I know that these files are not changed. When they are few I discards them, but in last days they are the 99% then this became a problem. Both data and freefilesync program are on USB Key. I synchronize PC data with data on USB Key
Can you help me?
