Batch Job Only Only Comparing not Syncing

I am probably being very stupid!
I have run a daily batch job using Free File Sync for years. I have just set up Free File Sync on a new machine (Windows 10, 7 before) and cannot find a away to make my job perform a sync without first doing a compare. OK when using it manually but not a lot of use for a batch job. What am I missing?
