Hidden Files

First time user, trying to navigate to the Outlook profile on my Mac to back it up. I can navigate to it in finder with no issues, but cannot navigate to it on the "left side of the file sync desktop app" to find it and sync it to my external drive. Is there a way to navigate to it possibly?
