Drive mapped as NTFS folder

Hi everybody.

I've got about 2TB data backed up with Free File Sync. I used to have it one folder on an internal HD to one NAS drive folder, but recently, I have installed a second drive and put half my data on to it. Now, to keep Dropbox happy (my second, offsite back-up), I have mounted the new HD as a folder in the old HD (because dropbox can't back up two locations). And I've also upgraded my NAS drive to 4TB and am starting from scratch with that. Now I'm performing my first back-up to NAS with FFS and it says I've got 620GB to back up when I know I've got much more. So, I suspect that it is ignoring the HD mounted as an NTFS folder. I will watch and see what happens when it completes its backup, and I will run it again to make sure, and compare, but this post is to pre-empt the end result. Do I need to do something special for it to back up a drive-mounted-as-an-NTFS-folder??
