Hi,

I've been getting this error sporadically over the last several releases. A reboot of my local laptop usually resolves the situation. But today the error continues even after a reboot. Can you please advise?

Thx,

fyi - i'm doing some disk cleanup and emptying my trash bin (ie macOS) and perhaps that will resolve the error. I'll post back my results.

ok so cleaning the trash bin and a reboot resolved the problem. can you provide any background?

I/O errors typically are related to an issue with accessing a location. Whether that is a bunk drive, or drive going out, or something else is impossible to know without peaking around the computer.
