Last Sync not updated

I have 10 sync jobs that run nightly. Although run nightly, and they all complete successfully, one of them shows a last sync date 5 days ago. I verified that this sync job did indeed run so I'm not sure of why it shows 5 days since the last sync. Not a big deal but just wondering. See attachment.

Do those nightly FFS jobs run under the same user credentials as when running FFS in GUI mode?

Yes they do. I just checked last night's sync and it worked fine but now it shows the last sync date 6 days ago. The sync job in question uses versioning, the other 9 do not if that makes a difference. How does FFS determine the last sync date and where is this info stored?
