Reporting an Issue regarding modified date

first i want to thank all freefilesync coders. i love your product. after years of use i discovered following issue.

i had a problem with FTP sync so i dragged the whole phone´s camera folder onto windows (without freefilesync)

after i managed to run FTP sync (this issue i will explain in another post) with FFS i saw that the modified date was exactly delayed for 1hour. but the files were exactly the same. this problem occurs for every file. the files before wintertime +1 and the files after the change to wintertime -1h.

please check, if you compare files which were dragged via windows.
