Mouse drop disabled when hoovering over dropdown-box

Hi!
I ran into something I can't figure out:
I have FFS on two PC's ver 10.20 [Donation edition]. On one of them 'drop' is not activated when I hoover over the dropdown-textboxes under 'Drag & drop' label. I tried reinstalling application and also different mouse. I can't find out where this could be set. Any help?

Running FFS elevated ("as admin") could be the explanation: low-privilege processes cannot drag and drop into high-privilege ones.
