For FreeFileSync,
I'm wondering why it require to run as Administrator mode to run FreeFileSync otherwise it will fail copy data?

You just need administrator rights in order to install it. To run FFS u don't need admin rights.

If you get a failure to copy data while running FreeFileSync( FFS),
it is likely simply a problem of access rights in the folders involved in the sync.
Your non-admin user (under which you run FFS) may not have write access to those folders.
