what does the following mean? what do I do about it?
Cannot write file "C:\Users\James Devine\Documents\AA-Main\sync.ffs_lock".
Error Code 0x2: The system cannot find the file specified. [CreateFile]

When a sync is running, it creates that lock file so no other syncs will run at the same time, causing bad things. As for why it can't be created, not sure. Can you browse to that folder in File explorer and see if that file already exists?
