Drive Letter Variable Error

I am trying to use FreeFileSync with a USB Drive... and I am aware that the Variable is [USB-NAME] but it is not working.

It replaces it with a "?" instead of a Letter.

Any idea what is wrong here?

You need to put the name of the USB drive in there, not literally "USB-NAME"

That is supposed to be a variable use to automatically select the drive letter FreeSync was installed on.
