Donation version, where is it?

Made a donation last week but have no clue how to implement the donation features in my current version.

You get sent an email with the link to download the donation edition. I believe you can install it over top your existing version, but there's no harm if you need to uninstall the current version first. sync configs aren't affected, although you will need to 'open' them if you reinstall.

I received the email with the download link but nothing happened. Sadly, I clicked on the link while reading the email on Android and this may have annulled the download? Now, I am in Windows 10 and there is no download

No, the link stays valid for the duration of your donation period. Click the link in your email, and the download section is at the bottom. I use uBlock Origin without issue, but maybe you have an extension causing them not to show up?
