Config.Msi

I just donated again and installed. I started a session with a file "S to T" I've used for a few years. However, I must have corrupted something because I got the error: Cannot open directory "S:\Config.Msi". ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED: Access is denied. [DirReaderPlus]
Config.Msi is and empty file, not a directory.
So, I gave up and deleted "S to T" and created a new sync (mirror) from scratch. I still get the error.
How do I get around this?

Delete that empty file. That is usually located on a Windows drive, not sure why it popped up on S:\
