[Possible] to import all files from many subfolders into one ?

Hello everyone,

I'm wondering if it is possible that Free File Sync synchronizes all the files of a given type (pdf) from many subfolders to one folder without re-creating all the subfolder hierarchy in the destination folder. I'd like that all the files would be directly accessible within the destination folder.
