Highlighting makes it difficult to discern just which files are, highlighted.

When you highlight a selection of files, it's often difficult (for me) to discern just what is or is not highlighted.

1. is dav331 highlighted or not. (mouse is resting on the particular file)
2. i've moved the mouse away & now it becomes more apparent. but before it wasn't.
3. from this shot, is dav226 highlighted or not? (not clear to me. only my hairdresser knows for sure ;-).)

I suppose you mean dav33121. No that is not highlighted.
But, dav331 is. And to me that is not clear.

With the mouse moved away, I'll agree with that.

Oh, but it most certainly is.
The same sets of files are highlighted in 1, 2, & 3.

Ok yes. That absolutely needs to be fixed. You are on the latest version? Stock Windows 10 theme? If so, that is horrible and I agree with your assessment
