Mirroring to new partition

I'm mirroring two drives (call them A and B). Both are kept in sync with the sync.ffs_db file. For various reasons, I have to entirely wipe the partition on drive B and reformat. When I do that, will drive A files get deleted or will drive A start the copy from scratch once drive B is reformatted? Thanks.

It should copy over again, but run just the compare and view the results before starting the sync to verify. Worst case, run a mirror instead of a two-way, then switch to two-way

Thanks. Out of curiosity though if it's a full two-way sync including deletion and the db file exists on one side but no longer exists on the other, what is FFS's default behavior?

The db file is only for the location that it is in. So the "destination" missing it should, in my expectation, cause FFS to sync the data from the "source" again. But like I said, run just the compare and see what it wants to do before doing it, then report back for confirmation! lol
