Cron don't start the Batch created with Freefilesync

Hello to all,
i've installed the freefile sync, i like it a lot it's easy and a lot of function.
Installed on my Manajro Linux, i've create the batch, put on cron that must start at 20:00 everday,
but don't work.
If i start the batch...it works,start the freefilesync and start the sync.
But in automatic don't work.
If someone can help me or have a tip...

here is what i've write on cron:00 20 * * */home/gmva/bin/FreeFileSync /home/gmva/Documents/Batch/Backup_GMVA.ffs_batch

Should the cron point to a .ffs_batch or should it point to a .ffs_real (which points, from within, to .ffs_batch) ?
