Appears ? the "prefixes" of the file names are different? The "_GlaceEorzea #Clear Bright.png" part looks to be the same. (Looks can be deceiving ;-).) But the prefixed ISO 8601 date part is different - if that's what the issue is - based on the visible parts of the file names. ...

There is already a file with that name in the destination. Either remove one of the copies or rename one of them. It completes the synchronization after I deleted somefiles. and..I tried to put these files back to sync, the same problem again. I think maybe It's because of these files' names please...

It looks like FFS does not automatically detect proxy software, even if it is a system proxy. The problem was solved by using proxifier.
