I've done a short search for "change topic title" and it seems that only admins can do that. Effectively, I've not found any way for this. So, I want to ask to an admin to change the topic in "[SOLVED] Missing Overview panel (was:Request for easy file selection for include/exclude)". Thank you.

I am referring to the "Overview" in the bottom-left, I will attach a picture.

So I've done some right clicks in the upper bar and voilà, the Overview appears (image 2). Now is all more simple ...
