Files size 3kb - 500kb. Source - SSD, target - NAS (RAID0 HDD, EXT4). Similar synchronization to an external USB drive does not cause problems - there is no speed drop. When synchronizing with AOMEI, everything is also in order.

Synchronization speed slows down dramatically when updating such files:
