We tested Beta 7. Speed is mostly at 450MB witht up to 750MB (with the finder/testtool we reach 950MB via smb). We just copied 271GB to the server without crash. We tested ffs today in Rosetta-Mode which helps some applications to work with m1, but so far no luck. the finder and/or (Not familiar with Mac, but) does that mean that this crashing is also happening outside of FFS? Hi, no. If we copy with the finder (similiar to the explorer in windows) all goes well witout error. But usually after the hangup with ffs the finder needs to be restartet. Cheers Chris

Similar problems here. We have a few Mac’s in our office. Since the change to Mac’s with m1 chip and BigSur and Monterey the whole mac crashes and restarts when copying large folders to our server (synology). Our old macs with Intel Chip are running still smooth without any errors. Also copying the ...
