Sync 64 bit and 32 bit machines
I synchronize a 32 bit machine with a 64 bit machine. I have FreeFileSync installed on both machines. It however creates databases with different filenames when run on the two machines -- _sync.x64.ffs_db_ and _sync.ffs_db_. This is problematic because if I sync from 32 bit machine, the x64.ffs_db f...

Re: Error writing to synchronization database
> But anyway: It's strange that you were allowed to copy to and delete regular files from F:\ during synchronization but still not allowed to write the db- file on F:\. Could it be that it was some specific permission, that allowed everything exept writing a file? Some more information: 1. I am admi...

Re: Error writing to synchronization database
FreeFileSync is able to synchronize files on this drive with a network
location in both directions, so it clearly has write access. I double-checked
still. I have >30GB free on F:
By the way, am using Windows 7 64 bit.

"F:\sync.ffs_db.tmp"
Ignore this error, retry or abort synchronization?
Please help!
