Ah thanks a lot! I took a look at global settings but in "compare"... It's unexpected that this setting is not global but belongs to "compare" settings, I suggest considering its moving to the generic settings.

There is a symbolic link to another folder on the same disk in the middle of the directory tree structure which is being synchronized and this link is not followed like just not existed. No errors in the log, everything ok when was working inside of the folder on first sync and just nothing ...
