The Mint version shows the window above. I took an online tar.gz version and everything runs now.

I reinstalled Linux Mint 21.1. Now I no longer see a user window with left and right file entries, only the tiny one . I can't use that. Several years it was 1st choice for me, but now? Not good: https://freefilesync.org/images/screenshots/RealTimeSync.png
