Btw if anybody wonders - the "donation" edition is NOT compatible with the flathub distribution - ie you can't upgrade your license to use multiple connections & use the flathub repository - couple of dollars down the drain... (tried couple of months ago)

I'm sorry, but I'm not going to allow it. The reason is (unsurprisingly) that third-party installers skip the "Support the Project" message during installation. With all advertisements being completely gone from the FFS installer at this point, direct support by users is what keeps the project ...

I would prefer to use the Flathub version which is automatically updated. Is there any way to use the Donation Edition with that repository?

I would like to use the Donation Edition for very small commercial use (installation on 1 computer used by 1 person) as it provides the parallel file transfers.

Is it an issue? I do not expect any guarantee or anything but I noticed in FAQ it's explicitly not allowed so I wonder why or what ...
