Ah! The issue appears to be an empty Include box (no *).
I don't know how it happened, but it might be worth sticking in an error message to point that out in case someone like me comes along again :)

Sync is complete in a second without doing anything
I've been using FFS for a while now without issue, but at some point in the last month or two it's stopped working.
When I click on Compare (or when my auto-syncs start) it flashes through a few status items and claims it's done, but it doesn't seem to do any actual scanning and certainly doesn't ...

I have re-installed FFS and everything is working now.

Hey,
I have two folders which I'd like to sync, both currently have files in.
I asked FFS to Compare but it says "All folders are in sync", I tried emptying one and also deleting the ffs database files but it still finds no changes.
I've tried a few other folders, but it's not finding any ...
