Thanks, for your answer. I have see what are the problems.
There appers to be two problems:
1) Some file has name with accents, so it seems that linux and windows manage this in differents ways.

2) The other problem, is that for some reason date has change from files that I havent change in year ...

I use windows and Ubuntu Linux in two different machines. In both cases all my partition disk is encripted using truecrypt. When I tryed to syncronize, FreeFileSync found changes in files that hasnt change at all. Even when I view a directory without making any change, it takes as if all the ...
