It would seem like this might be a common use case, but i see only one previous reference in these forums.
I need to send ~1000 (directories with few files) -> 1 (with many files) without duplication.
for instance: G:\any directory\*.txt -> Q:\textfiles\
referencing a very old (2009) post ...

YES !!! - although the versioning directory is on another drive, which i had forgotten i had designated on this comparison.

Hi all: first time this has happened after using (and donating to) FFS for many years
This was an entirely new session (no saved settings)
I was updating directories; copying files from Q:\VF --> U:\VF
All (expected) files were copied properly from Q:\VF --> U:\VF (10,683 files)
i got a "completed ...
