It works fine on starting up from sleep and hibernate - many thanks for the
update.
Though on boot up, it displays the main page, expecting for 'start' button to
be clicked by user. I put a shortcut to RealtimeSync_x64.exe file in Startup
folder. Or should I be using another method for it to ...

I've set up realtime and it works fine between my pc internal hd and a NAS
drive
Though on my Win 7 Prof x64, when it starts up from sleep or hibernate,
reatime throws up an error indicating it can't find the drive. After clicking
ok, realtime works fine, as by then the NAS is being seen ...

Apologies if there is an obvious answer to this:
I am using FreeFilsync v3.11 between two pcs (Win 7 x64 and Win XP Prof 32bit)
via a USB stick.
When I autosync, changed and new files are identified correctly; but other
