I think you only disabled 'update' in the view for the comparison list (in the bottom left corner).
You can disable 'update' in the Synchronization settings (F8). 'Mirror' will then change in 'Custom' sync mode.

So effectively you only want to duplicate new files...
I suppose that a custom sync with only the appropriate 'Create' option(s) should do the job. Although that would (probably?) not hide 'equal' files from the comparison list. You could still sort the list by proposed sync type after the ...

Works as designed. During the first sync there is no conflict. During the second sync there are two conflicts that FFS warns about.

Perhaps you'd better ask Acronis for a solid synchronization feature? Or what's the point?

Select the files you want to 'deselect' (could be all files ==> use Ctrl+A), then press space (or right click anywhere and select 'exclude temporary' - or whatever that is called in German). Not quite what you're looking for, but probably close enough.

Destination SSD overheating perhaps? Try monitoring it with CrystalDiskInfo.

The last thing I would want to do is overwrite the currently existing backup, as there seem to be two corrupted files already, in different locations of the same (system) drive, corrupted at different times.
Make a fresh backup on a different drive, and first find out why those files are getting ...

I would click that yellow rectangle with the exclamation mark.

Options is the top item, above Language, of that menu (Version 14, Windows).
Missing on Mac?

I suppose you can do this using
Tools => Options => Show hidden dialogs and messages again => Show details

Under 'Options => Show hidden dialogs and warning messages again => Details' I suppose?

"FFS-Revisions" (with a dash) is not the same as "\FFS_Revisions\" (with an underscore).

Use Shift+Delete instead of only the Delete key.
