Duplicate finders I tried do not work for this because they either recognize the "hidden" file extension of shortcuts (.lnk) and thus treat them as different (non-duplicate) files, or they simply just list of duplicates but I don't have any way of knowing if the list is complete. I am not ...

Is there a way to use the compare operation without comparing date and file size? I often duplicate a folder structure but using shortcuts instead of the actual files. I just want to use FreeFileSync to check that shortcuts were created for all files and the folder structure was recreated correctly....
