I solved the problem. The path for versionning deletion was not accessible. So nothing was done for files requiring deletion. FreeFileSync synchronizes some files very well (delete, move or copy as it detects), but for other, nothing is done. The synchronisation preview shows the right actions, but FreeFileSync do not performs them. I push Synchronize button again and again, but nothing !
