I've created the shortcut several times from scratch, I'm positive it's not a typo.

Weird, isn't it?

I've followed the directions in " Run as Service (Windows) " and put this in the shortcut

[location of RealtimeSync.exe] "C:\Users\moshe\SyncSettings.ffs_batch"
