I had a job running, that I killed in Task Manager, and could not re-run because there were lock files in the source and target folders. I logged off, and restarted FFS and could not run Compare, because it found lock files.
Once I deleted these, everything was OK. I am running v6.8 on Win2012R2

Solved the problem.
In Task Manager, the Start In field must be filled in with the path to where the FFS_BATCH file is located!
