My question also.C:\Program Files\FreeFreeSybc\H
Is that the correct name, spelling (& path)?
And as mentioned above, is this "...Sybc\H" where you have FFS installed into, or is it intended to be the Target location of a sync?

Re: Mehrere Batch Dateien in einer Real Time Sync abspeichern
I:\Fest...

Are you saying older FFS versions did not have the issue?FFS will not go back to what it did earlier.
If you revert & test with older FFS, does speed go back to expected?
Are you testings the same sample data set (even if only a partial thereof) between FFS & Windows Explorer?

Re: Creating a custom context menuitem for FreeFileSync not working in Linux. How to get it working?
Without knowing Linux or specifics thereof, see if perusing these gets you going? And I'll assume that your "terminal" is using a shell other then sh? Likewise, if you ran sh, then (at this point in time) typed in, kompare, you would get the very same "command not found". https:/...

Re: Folders ending with a dot "." give error
Confirmed. Even if you manually add the . to the directory name, still not recognized. Even a UNC path, \\?\C:\TMP\BRU\dir_dot., which seems like it would work, then fails when it attempts to write the sync.ffs_lock file. Now you could thwart that too, but then I'd suspect when it gets to the actual...

(Both greatly aged, but...) Two observations: "deletion handling" is set to "recycle bin". This means that all files that are deleted and the old version of those files that are *updated* are placed there. So it doesn't suprise to find an oudated version of a document in RecycleB...

Re: Upload updated files to ftp server without scanning remote ftp server
If no checking needs to be done on the remote end, why not upload to an empty temporary directory on the remote? There will be nothing to check against, so no scanning to be done (on the remote). Now, you'd have to know what on the source end has changed, & only upload those. After the files are...

I don't know OC, but it would seem to be something like OC.exe %item_path% or OC.exe -path %item_path% or the like https://www.onecommander.com/help/3._Full_reference_guide/Starting_from_Command_line.html I'd set up a hotkey solution, first, & once that is working, go about mirroring that to the...

As the (shown) files are tiny, & if that holds for the entire compare (all files being relatively small), why not change to a Content compare (which on small files should still be speedy).

I would think it not to be expected that a file backup program would back up an entire OS, & in particular the OS system files themselves, & certainly not in any bootable fashion (such that you can restore to some saved OS state), if that is your intention.

Oh, so you're saying that when (alpha) SORTING the list of names leading/trailing spaces are ignored,
such that all the X-files are grouped together, & all the S-files are grouped together.
Ah, OK.
