Nevermind - realized that the compare was set to contents inadvertantly.

I did a sync between 2 drives of a set of folders with lots of pictures. After the sync the folder size did not match. I found that the filter was set to exclude thumb.db files. Thanks for a great application. Just having a bit of a problem figuring some parts of the interface. When I choose help in the portable version I get "Navigation to the web page cancelled" for every topic.
