@frank, I think I am having the same problem as well. Or a variation of the problem. The RTS is not properly executing batch file. But if I open FFS, a comparison scan will show the detected file changes and then I can manually run it there. But that defeats the purpose of RTS Can you check this thr...

Setup multiple RealTimeSync jobs with separate folders and rules
I have an existing RealTimeSync job. I want a clean and simple way to setup multiple jobs that sync different folders with completely separate rules for each sync job. I must have multiple individual tray icons for each? Is this more reliable than having one interface for multiple RealTimeSync jobs?
