I closed it out so cannot copy it. I have had this error message before with other programs, such as Norton. Norton has a tool to get rid of the other stuff that the uninstaller could not delete. What I wrote is the essence of the message. There were no specifics as to what files or where.

I tried to unstall FFS but got a message that not everything was uninstalled, that other files could be deleted by hand. What are those files? Do you have an uninstaller tool to complete the job? If not, I would appreciate a list of the files to delete by hand.
