Have you found a solution to this issue yet? I have the same problem. See Warning Message below:
"SonicSole MusicProd/Hooks/Hooks/Audio Files/Hooks_18#13.aif": Files "SonicSole MusicProd/Hooks/Hooks/Audio Files/Hooks_18#13.aif" have the same date but a different size.
